]]> We are a new multilingual studio in the Jardin Public neighbourhood. We specialise in cardio workouts and core strengthening classes in a very friendly and chic setting:
• Indoor Cycling: burn 600+ calories during fun & dynamic 45min classes, with amazing coaches & motivating music. 1st class is free for Bordeaux residents! Our bikes are unique in France- they tilt slightly by 20 degrees which gives you a more natural and fun full body workout. You won’t even notice you are exercising… and the best: you won’t even be stiff the day after! Class size: 10 bikes.
• Core strengthening: Pilates, Stretching, Core Workout, and Barre (both classic and floor)… Small groups- maximum 5 in a class to ensure the best experience possible.
