Tracey teaches the International Institute of Yoga’s method. The originality of this pedagogy is that it is a synthesis of 3 types of yoga: Indian Raja Yoga, Pharaonic Yoga & Chinese Taoist Yoga (Internal styles of Kung Fu and Ch’i Kong). This approach makes yoga accessible to all as it prepares the body for Hatha yoga postures thanks to Egyptian yoga and Chinese taoist yoga techniques. The contractions-decontractions prepare the body to do the postures safely and to avoid injury. This discipline requires continuosly cultivating “being in the now”. Tracey also regularly attends yoga anatomy workshops to enrich and deepen her practice & teaching with Doctor Nicolas and Marie-Christine Leberre.

We are a new multilingual studio in the Jardin Public neighbourhood. We specialise in cardio workouts and core strengthening classes in a very friendly and chic setting:
• Indoor Cycling: burn 600+ calories during fun & dynamic 45min classes, with amazing coaches & motivating music. 1st class is free for Bordeaux residents! Our bikes are unique in France- they tilt slightly by 20 degrees which gives you a more natural and fun full body workout. You won’t even notice you are exercising… and the best: you won’t even be stiff the day after! Class size: 10 bikes.
• Core strengthening: Pilates, Stretching, Core Workout, and Barre (both classic and floor)… Small groups- maximum 5 in a class to ensure the best experience possible.
