WHERE TO LIVE IN BORDEAUX? – CAUDERAN
The elegant suburb of Caudéran is located to the West of the city and boasts 28 hectares of green spaces.
This quiet and welcoming neighbourhood offers a wide choice of accommodation, from the typical Échoppe to well placed apartments. With over 45,000 inhabitants, Caudéran is the most populated and vast district of Bordeaux.
This district use to be part of Bordeaux back in 1965, however Caudéran now has it’s own identity. It is known for being a family orientated and residential area where peace and calm are at the forefront.
The area is well served with local amenities, parks and also has a rich heritage. Formerly, an area of the wealthy bourgeois of Bordeaux this legacy continues in regards to architecture and the buildings found here.
