Sanctuary Surf is a Glamping Campsite  that offers active short-stay getaways to explore the coast, lakes and vineyards surrounding Bordeaux.

Sanctuary Surf was created in 2014 by James Martin and Olly Leach, two uni mates from England who settled in Bordeaux more than 7 years ago.

After stumbling across the region’s quietest beach just to the north of the Lac d’Hourtin, they set up shop to build a Glamping Surf & Paddleboarding camp.

We’re talking Huge “Emperor” Bell tents with ensuite and quality wine & dining.
