Lou Reed will be performing in concert on Tuesday the 26th June at the Place des Quinconces!

“Lou Reed nous a tout fait” © Abaca

It will be the first time the front man from the Velvet Underground plays Bordeaux and it will be the first time since 1994 the Place des Quinconces has hosted an international rock concert, the last time being Pink Floyd.

Billed as a prelude to the Fête du vin, the guys from Musiques de Nuit (Roche Palmer) will be putting on this gig… luckily for us Lou Reed with be performing with his own backing band and not Metallica who he teamed up with late last year to release their concept album “Lulu”

When: 26th June 2012
Where: Place des Quinconces, Quai Louis XVIII, 33000 BORDEAUX
Cost: €45.00 + booking
